Unless, he is out with travelers. He also heads to to greet all the arriving planes in Labuan Bajo. You will recognize him by his big curly locks and big smile.

You can hire him for the day or for a week. He can arrange almost anything from just a short visit to the local caves to boat trips back to Lombok island, from Dive trips to Mt Kelimutu in central Flores. He can help you arrange to do it on your own or take you the whole way by finding a driver and heading out with you. If you opt to hire the guide and driver the rate is very reasonable. Ask for specifics but usually you pay for your own rooms, entrance fees and food along the way. The guide and driver pay their own. Your fee to the guide and driver cover car, driver, guide and gas only.

Again the fees are reasonable so don't think it is out of your reach! And going with locals gives you the best experience.

2. IF there is anything you have in mind while visiting Flores ask Adrian. He has lots of friends all over and can arrange most anything. He always says "anything is possible."
3. He has a friend Edy who is a driver. Edy is a great guy and good driver. Great sense of humor and fun to be around. I went out with both of them for 5 days and had the time of my life. Edy will take you anywhere on Flores.
4. They charge usually by the day. We always started early and were at the hotels by 5pm. We always had meals together at local establishments including Adrian's family a few times. Both guys are easy to get along with and speak English well.
5. From Labuan Bajo you can visit Komodo & Rinca islands, dive with manta rays, crater lakes at Kelimutu, hot springs in Bajawa, nice beaches all over, crystal clear waters, boat trips back to Lombok island, trek volcanos, traditional villages and markets and so much more.
